I am new to EA Extention PRO and I was wondering what was the support + feature of the bundle. 
I am using a Gsuite account to manage the site and I have issues with the sync of google calendar. New appointments do not show in the calendar at all even though the API key is activated correctly. In addtition to that I have a problem with paypal. After inserting the correct strings for the configuration then the button for paypal does not appear in the checkout page and no button appears to confirm the booking.  It blocks the use of the system even when payment is not required.

Hi Stefano, support+ means that you can get help with hands on issue approach. So if you need some settings to be done etc we can do that for you.

The issue is with paypal. When I tick the use paypal function the send button disappears and no checkout is possible after having selected the slot. I do not know if is still a bug of the plugin or what I am doing wrong with the setup.

The second thing is the 2 way sync of the google calendar. When I add an appointment in the calendar the slot does not disappear as expected. Are there further setting to be trimmed except for the Google Cal APIs that are currently working?

Can you please check rapidly since I am suspending the service for you to check that it is not working. Can you suggest possible solutions to the problem?

Can you please load your scripts at header? It is missing jQuery so that is the reason why there are no paypal button. If you are using JS optimisations please load them at header not in footer until we find a way to work for both cases.

thank you for the answer. I do not understand why it is happening. I did not touch the wordpress configuration in this sense. I am not using JS optimisations.

which is the fastest way to load plugins in the header ?

Hi Stefano, that script that you have for optimisation have that option. We will improve plugin so it will be fixed within next 24h.

when I try to load in header the entire plugin does not work and easy appointments crashes. I might be missing something. I will wait for the update you are working on. I think it will solve many user’s issues I read in the forum.

Dear Nikola, now it works but when I try to use smart button it does not appear.
But at least now I have the functionality. Thanks a lot.

Hi Stefano, you need to clear cache before changing it to smart button. Also keep in mind that button will only be displayed when you select time slot.

Thank you. Is there a chance that I can trigger paypal option only for certain services and turn it off for the others and avoid people choosing ?
