My week filled up with appointments and suddenly the filled time frames were not showing up on the calendar allowing people to double book appointment slots. This is obviously a big problem. Anyone else running into the same problems?

Hi Jam can you please open in Admin section EA > Report page with time table overview report. There you can see free slots overview and compare numbers? Best regards, Nikola

Scratch that. I see the white appointments mean that there is a slot available. The problem is those slots have been booked already. Do appointments need to be confirmed to be reflected as an actual appointment on this calendar?

Black slots are overbooking and red are taken slots on that report. By taken slots count pending and confirmed appointments.

Is there a way to disable overbooking so that it no longer happens?

Overbooking should not happen. Can you please try to book slots that is already taken and tell me how to reproduce that?

It is displaying as available on the front end but showing booked on the back end. Perhaps its a cache issue? I will try clearning it.

I can confirm it is not a cache issue.
