Sms related questions

Hello, I am thinking to buy the extension for my site but first I wanted to have some questions answered.
- If I buy for example the one year feature, I have for 1 year unlimited sms to users, or i also have to pay twilo or whatever for a subscription also to get a number?
- I am from greece, i have to use Omnicom for provider or i can use twilo ?
- Any further and more detailed info about the sms feature is kindly appreciated.

Hi Nikos,
1. if you buy Extension that will only allow you to connect with Twilio or Omnicom. Depending on your choice but you will still have to pay them credit for sending SMS.
2. You can use Twilio if you prefer. :)
Regarding other info about SMS you can send SMS per each status change or have reminder or follow up SMS. There are separate templates for each case :)
