SMS not sending

not sure how long they have not being sending. everything is up to date. only have confirmation and reminder set to send. nothing is be in sent. cron is active within wp. not hooked up with system scheduler. read the guide and doing that is a bit beyond me. SMS has been functioning well. test every few months

think so. tried to update and says it is up to date. easy appointments 3.3.2 easy appointments connect 0.15.0

Hi Nikola, Did you have any luck testing locally? any advice would be appreciated as the SMS function is still not working and we will be opening up after lockdown soon. thanks ian

if anyone else has this issue i finally found my problem to be caused from adding fields to the booking form. this in turn resets the twilio settings. you need to go in and re select 'mobile' as the source for twilio to get the customer number to send the SMS to.
