I'm using the shortcode [ea_bootstrap width="1300px" scroll_off="true" layout_cols="2"] , but my WordPress page comes up blank. The appointment scheduler was previously working on my site, but now it is not. The page is http://gizmo.tribunedirect.com/contact/schedule-demo/

Hi Charlie, there is an error regarding some other part of your's site that is blocking EA :

jQuery('#menu-main').sktmobilemenu({'fwidth':1025});

Error is : jQuery(...).sktmobilemenu is not a function Looks like something is missing during the loading process. Best regards, Nikola
