Settings Validation Problem

Hello Guys We have instal and add all the information needed and continues receive this error East Appointments - Settings validation: You need to define at least one location. You need to define at least one service. You need to define at least one worker. There should be at least one Connection. Any help !? Thanks in advance

Hi,
as noted there you need to have at least one location, service and worker. Also one connection that is using those location service and worker. After that is done you should see the form instead of that message.
