service time slots

Hi, if I have a service of 20 minutes and a service of 90 minutes. If a booking is made at 10:00 for the 20-minute service the next available slot for the 90-minute service is 11:30! How can I resolve this so that the next available time is 10:20? Many thanks,

Hi Ian, depends on the settings. You should set slot step for service of 90 minutes to be 10 minutes. Then it will have option to book service at 10:20. Please try that and let me know if that solved the issue. Best regards, Nikola
