Send from: email not working

Hello, I'm trying to use a different email address for our appointment system via the "Send from:" setting, but so far it's only using the default

I have the same problem.

I setup a test wordpress site with a clone copy of the production site, and I still have the same problem. Staff replied 5 years ago

I got this error:

I checked the settings and under email (Correo electrónico)
I have the following:
Basic message for each option: pending | reserved, etc.

Send from: Name – real name this is just as example. Staff replied 5 years ago

Section “to”:[“”] is empty. Do you have custom field called `email`?
