I have the Easyappointments application configured so that users can book appointments (provided there is capacity) up to 1 minute before the start of the hour. E.g.: if the session starts at 10.30 am, a user can book a place at 10.29 am.
For some days now, WITHOUT HAVING TOUCHED ANYTHING OF THE OPERATIVE CONFIGURATION, the user is no longer allowed to book at that time, even if there are free spaces, the operation does not give the option of 10.30 a.m., it directly sends the user to 11.30 a.m. That is, if a user at 9.35 a.m. wants to book for 10.30 a.m., they are NOT given the option even if there is space, the first hour they are shown is 11.30 a.m.
I don’t know if this disagreement has to do with the fact that the time has been changed in Europe (one hour late) or not.
We have a very high volume of bookings, and we would like to know if there is any explanation for this.
