Problem with Credit Card payment

Hello,
I have a problem with credit card payment.
My country, which is Réunion island, doesn't appear in the dropdown list of country.
Is this related to the plugin or the paypal account ?

Hi, that dropdown is supported list of currencies available for usage. Can you please check if yours is supported by PP?
