Hi. I have set up an appointments form which is working on a desktop macOS, but is not working ion my mobile device ios14.  Am using plugin version Version 3.0.14

Forgot to say, it seems to work the first time I tried, but not on subsequent occasions.

Hi Thank you, and yes others who have tested the form for me also say it is working, so I assume it is a problem on my phone.  Thank you for your help
