We just purchased the extension plugin but we aren't receiving the promised zip file or confirmation email

Even I faced the same problem. Did not received zip file or any confirmation email.

@gagendeepsing Sorry for waiting new email was sent to you. There was delay on PayPal side so we have just now receive a payment notification.

Could you please also look into my problem? I have also not received plugin zip file.
