thanks for this plugin. 
I've a question about email notifications.. I've read already the previous answers here, but they didn't solve my problem.

Simulating a customer's action, I made a reservation.
On my customer's email I received the "pending" email.
Then from my EA panel, acting as "admin" or "worker", I cancelled the reservation.
I received the "canceled" email on my customer's email.

I did this again and I didn't get the "canceled" email on my customer's email.
Same info provided in the form, absolutely no changes. 

I've noticed that in general switching from one status to another (e.g. "pending" to "confirmed") in the EA appointment's panel, doesn't always work.
What should I do?

Hi Andrea, if Appointment is canceled then it can't change status to confirm via link that you get inside email. Workflow should be like this: Pending > then you Confirm or Cancel it via action links inside email content. If you want to change status from canceled to confirmed you need to go to admin panel Appointments page and make sure that you mark option for sending email notifications. Best regards, Nikola
