Hope you or somebody can help me. The plugin is working perfectly, but after I added the add-on for your plugin things started to go downhill. The submit button is working but it’s not redirecting and it is still clickable. I also get only one email and that is from the “Pending notification email” and Send from” email. The person who did the booking is not receiving any emails. Everything is working fine when I untick the box next to “Send ICS file along notification email to customers so it can be easily imported to their calendar.” Can it be that my setup is all wrong?
I have write answer to that but I will repeat it here. Looks like your hosting does not provide PHP settings for temp file location. That ICS file is generate as temp file and then attached to customers email. Problem occurs when there is no temp location. It will be fixed in new version within next 24h.

I’ve updated the add-on plugin, but without success. Still no outgoing emails and no redirecting. When I refresh the page it shows a booking but that is it.
Any ideas or do I go back to square one and see if I can get the hosting company involved?
hi William for email please do the test in tools tab on EasyAppointments settings. If there are no email you can see with hosting support is PHP connected to send mail app. Also you can try SMTP plugin for sending the emails.
