No receiving emails

Hi there!  Using the tools feature I receive the native email but I can't quite receive the normal email form. When making an appointment, everything appears in the appointment section as completed and confirmed but I do not receive an email whatsoever.  The error section is always empty and I can't figure it out. I have tried implementing the chron feature but with no result.
