After we made some testing appointments, the notifications on the email stopped and in the control panel did no show the booking. Why all the plugin stop to work.?

Hi,
that should not be the case. For Appointments have you alter the time filter there (from-to) on Appointments page? Regarding email can you please open the EasyAppointments > Settings > Tools page and check if there are some error log records regarding email?
