I have this version and have major issues. I had an author book a date this morning and it should have shown as already booked. I checked my other types (I have three booking types) and they all show available when they are booked.
I also can’t change the date on the Appointments screen – it just sits there with “Loading table…” no matter how long I wait.

You can see the booking calendar at https://cozycapers.com/authors/reserve-book/ Every date Sunday in Feb/Mar should be in red since I have them booked (and some of them for quite some time).

The app worked flawlessly for me before this. Help!!

Hi Donna, can you please check number of slots for that time? You can do that on EA Reports Admin page in Time overview report.

If I understand what you’re asking, they all show “12:00 am – x 1” (they should all be booked). Shows the same on all three combinations: Book/Sun, Author/Wed, Deal/Fri

That is number of free slots. You will have to check number of slots that you have inside connections. Looks like you have set it to more then 1.

I exported all my appts, just in case I have to uninstall/reinstall (hoping I could then import them).

Those events should be blocked if you have pending or confirmed appointment. Can you please check that on Admin Appointments page?

Not sure where to look for what you’re asking. I can’t see any pending/confirmed appts except inside the default dates of 2/15-2/21. It just stalls on the table loading message. I took a screenshot of what is showing and added it to the Smug Mug album. If you look at the calendar for the three events (three different calendars, three different days), they all show as open even though the appointment page shows as confirmed. Hi, Donna reason for that is that appointment is from 12 till 12 but should be from 12-11:59 then it will be booked. Just edit that appointment and save it again.
