Can multiple email addresses be added to the appointment, for example multiple meeting attendants ?
I am not sure if this response is too late for you or it is already answered. Yes, you can have multiple people booking same time slot.
I am using the Custom Email fields for people booking the same time slot but the emails which are entered into the fields do not receive emails when the appointment is booked. The administrator account receives the appointment information however.
Also, In the plugin panel I have ordered the input fields in a particular sequence but on the website the fields are displayed in a completely different order sequence.
Would you have a suggestion on the above two issues I am experiencing ?
only thing is to have those custom fields as email type. So if you used input as plain text then it will not send those emails.
The type is email.

Also the fields do not stay in the order they are saved in. they are saved in the order Name, Email, Phone but they appear in a different order. This is a problem.
