Locations/Services/Workers pages do not load

Hi,
After installing the plugin, the Locations, Services and Workers pages do not load anything, so I'm not able to enter the corresponding information. I turned on the option called compatibility mode on inside EA Settings > Customize page as you recomend in a post, but still not working.

No, no errors in browser console.
Wordpress version is 4.9.16, with Canvas 5.12.0 theme.
