Users are loading the calendar but they are never able to make any bookings... I've a paid subscription and would be awesome to get some support back!

Hi, can you please tell me what is the version of WordPress that you are using? Also are there any plugins that works with routes because looks like some Ajax call doesn't work like it should be? Best regards, Nikola

Hi, looks like location of ajax call has been moved somewhere else wp-admin/admin-ajax.php . Can you please tell me have you moved that folder to different location? Best regards, Nikola

is not the location that was moved, but the .htaccess file that is preventing from loading the wp-admin page (this is a security issue).
Okay I did rename the .htaccess file and seems to be working as expected now. I will do a few tests to make sure everything is okay and let you know. also, I will work around on the security problem. Thank you..

Just leave access to admin-ajax.php file. Without that no ajax call can created.
