HI Nikola, Client only wants to send a SMS reminder 24 hours before. All SMS templates are empty, enough funds on Twilio, Test SMS works, correct API access, timezones checked, but still no SMS. Can you tell me where I have to look? Cheers, Mark

Hi Mark, have you connected your WordPress cron to System scheduler on your hosting? If that is not the case please take a look at this page https://easy-appointments.net/documentation/connect-system-scheduler-cron/
