Hi, im having trouble with two things; The layout of the form are not as shown on the example of the screenshots where the label text and its textbox/ combobox got switch its position and also when i try to test the appointment booking for this month whenever i click one of the time slot it highlighted the rest and also it display "you can't select this time slot" and the cancel button doesnt really reset the form and the time chosen as well

*i didnt use any rtl on the shortcut, i followed the one on the documentation

Hi Nikola, would like to follow up regarding the issue on the following page shortcut wise i did not use rtl, i follow the shortcut that is provided on this page (Two column layout with fix width)
