Is possible to duplicate appointments or the same appointments for two languages?

I want two Complete appointments, one for Spanish and Other For English, and my question, It is possible to duplicate the form? or Is it possible to have the same formulary in Spanish and in English?

Hi Asiel,
do you have separate translations for both pages? In case you want to have it on same page it is not passible atm.
