In other words, can I have the visitor select a preferred time range, 9-12, 12-3, 3-6 or is that not a possibility?

Hi David, do you want to have service with 3h duration? If that is the case just put 180 minutes duration and slot step also to be 180. Create connection that will be from 09 till 18h Best regards, Nikola
