Hi,
Been using for a few weeks
All seemed fine but records are lost
I know the information entered was correct as I have the admin emails to confirm appointments 
I downloaded a CSV file and some of the data fields are transposed and the data is missing?
Any thoughts?
I did add an extra field after a few weeks and change connections as all seemed to go wrong there. I’m assuming the data had become corrupt and the way to make major changes is to reinstall and start again? Would I be correct here?
I also did notice an update was required quite soon after I installed, would this have been an issue?

Hi,

you are using the latest version of Extension plugin? Can you tell me what data is missing? Appointments, custom fields or some other things?

Complete entry lost but on the booking calendar shows that time slot as blocked

The installation is very lean as it only runs this plugin

Are you using extension plugin or just EasyAppointments?

Also doing a complete search of all entries and seems to be stuck loading tables

Looks like some kind of bug? Are there anything in PHP error log file on your hosting regarding that?

I have an identical test version that seems to be functioning perfectly but that was added later but is set up in the same way

I’m happy to remove your plugin and reinstall?
Just wondering if there is anything I should watch out for?

Just to let you know, I removed the plugin and reinstalled.
Re-configured and set-up
I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if I have any more issues.
