How to create own Template?

I want to make update secure changes in CSS and Template-Files. I'm using Bootstrap 4 for my Webpage and I want to addapt the ea_bootstrap.tpl. Is there a possibility to save this in my uploads-Folder an the Plugin recognizes it?

Hi Marting,
you can directly alter that file but it will be overwritten on update. Currently there is no other way of doing that.
