I create Twilio Account, got a number, Create Messaging Service, sender pool,saved  API Tokens in WordPress wp-sms setting. which extension I have to integrate into Easy Appointment?

Hi, there's only one extension with all those features. You need to purchase it and install it and there will be Twilio part. Best regards, Nikola
