The way my last question was handled (and IS being handled) is completely unacceptable.
 
I asked a clear and specific question – got a vague answer which I could not understand, so I asked for clarification.  I’ve been sitting here for 24 hours waiting for a better response, went back tot he forum and I see that the thread is marked as ANSWERED with no further explanation.
 
If that’s what your paid support looks like, let’s just close it out now – I can’t perform a simple, basic task with this plugin and you apparently are not interested in truly helping me get this working properly for my business … only checking off another question.
 
Sorry it didn’t work out.  Please refund to my PayPal account.

You still have not answered the question – I want to block an individual date.  No lessons this Sunday, but I WILL take lessons on future Sundays … so the way it looks to me, All Sundays are Working Yes or Working No.  Your answer still doesn’t solve how to do what I’m trying to do.
Honestly, it doesn’t matter at this point.  I needed to have an appointment plugin working before this coming weekend – firm start for this project, and with the delay in getting an answer I had to move on to a different solution.  Please issue the refund.

6 days ago you said you would be issuing a refund.  I’m not yet seeing that on my account.  Could you please complete this today?
