Hi, how can I cancel the red fields that are not bookable but that in reality there is no one who has booked? I want to allow users to use those slots.

Hi Luigi, you need to alter connections in order to do that.

Hi Luigi, those don’t have to be booked slots. Take a look at this example if you create one connection that is set to working and have one slot on it. Then if you create a same connection that is set to not working and have number of slots 4 then it will be shown as on that image with -3 available slots. In order to have it 0 you need to have same amount of working and not working connections there. 🙂

thank you for your answer.
I have set only one connection for slots. The slots are set for each time slot from Monday to Saturday. Look here:

Let’s take 03/18/2021 as an example:

Could it be a bug? I think users select the day and time but don’t complete the form and the date always stays busy.

Hi Luigi, can you please tell me do you have any other service for that worker on 18? I see that you have filtered out only that service in appointments page?

Hi Luigi Thanks for screenshot for that service. That makes perfect sense. You have added block before 720 minutes. So if you book slot at 13h then all slots will be blocked within 7h range before current reservation. 🙂

Thanks! Now I understand the meaning of that value. I thought the voice was asking me to set how early I could book the slot.
I need to prevent users from booking an appointment at the last moment. I want them to think about it at least a day before.

I forgot. I set 0 as the value and now the slots are free.

You have inside ea settings value called block time there you need to set 720 minutes instead of doing that on service
