My starting time is 9:30am for appointments, but if someone tries to book a 1 hour appointment they are only able to book on the 1/2 hour (i.e. 10:30, 11:30, 12:30) even though the time is available (i.e. 10-11am, 11-12, etc...)

Hi Jeff, have you tried to create same connection that is starting from 10:00 am? Best regards, Nikola
