Can you tell me how to remove the “Reserveringsoverzicht” completely, so also the information below Reserveringsoverzicht.

Hi Tim,
go to EA Settings > Customize page. There you have option for custom styles. Put there this :
.booking-overview, .booking-overview-header {
display: none;
}
save it and refresh page.
