I am trying to connect in Beta Connect, my Google calendar. I am prompted to view a video tutorial but cannot view as it says its private. How do I access instructions to get my Google Client ID and Secret?

Hi William, do you have support for System scheduler on your hosting? If so you can connect your WP Cron to it and have it run. Best regards, Nikola

Kindly note that this need to be checked with the help of your developer/easy-appointment plugin support. As from the server cron job log the cron is correctly running as scheduled. You can verify this from the snippet below.

Also regarding the loopback request error I couldn’t find any server side issues. I have checked all the logs and tried to change the PHP versions and values but still the warning is there. Mostlly this seems to be an issue with plugins or theme. So this also need to be checked with the help of a developer. Also please note that I have revert back all the changes I made.

Most likely you WP is not set correctly to work with system scheduler on your hosting. Can you confirm that is all set like in this example here https://easy-appointments.net/documentation/connect-system-scheduler-cron/ also one thing some hosting provides block cron execution if it is set to run in time intervals that are less than 15 minutes. So try please setting is to be 30 minutes in EA Extension settings. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola.

The error has reoccurred again. I have set the cron to run at 30 minute intervals of which initially fixed the issue but now has happened again with error message.

I also have an issue with blocked dates of which I will open another ticket on but I have recently had an issue with database and had to use a back up from a previous date which may be the issue for both.

I would be very grateful if you would please have a look in the admin area and try and fix both issues. The second issue is that I have three rooms which are blocked for same time but only one room should only be booked. For example December 10th shows all 3 rooms booked for 8pm to 9pm but “Rathfeigh Room” is the only room booked so the other 2 rooms should be available.

Hi, thanks for access. Looks like token has expired. You need to go to Google Console settings and put to be in production mode on Approval Screen settings. After that authorise again. Second thing is to set default service and location in EA Extension settings. Also fill out at least one Advance mapping row. Regarding second issue I have turned option called Multiple work on so now those two locations should be free. But this will also allow booking of different time slots. I am not sure that you want that. Best regards, Nikola

Regarding the second issue then when you ticked the multiple work box then the times for room that had a confirmed booking became available in calendar.
When I uncheck then all rooms atre blocked for this time.
This is not what should happen.
Example is the “Syrne Room-Front” is booked on 21st December between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm but other rooms should be available

Hi Nikola.

Regarding the Cron event issue then this was resolved by my hosting company who manually set the Cron to 30 minutes even though I had this set in my admin area for 30 minutes then it was showing up as 5 minutes on server.

Also then how can I set a default Location? I have 3 rooms that can be booked as location therefore I cannot set one as a default or am I missing something? Same applies to services which are a list of booking times. I could choose 1 but how would that affect the choice of other booking times?
