After clcking on submit button user gets page not found error and even-appointment is not booked. This problem started when I updated-the-plugin.Please help. my site where I am getting error :- https://apment.ml/book-now/

Hi Nikola, I have version 3.5.8 and I still get the Undefined error message when trying to book an appointment.
Can you please help?
