Hi Nicola. Would it be possible to make a new employee to take a free appointment? At present the system can only take paid appointments at: https://blossomhealing.ie/appointments/ and I would like to make the "Discovery" call a free appointment. At present this has to be charged as all other appointments are paid appointments. Can I create another employee that will ONLY do this free appointment? Will this work would you think

Never mind as I just realised that with another operator then the appointments which are free will not be “blocked” if there are 2 operators. In other words the time slots will still be available for all the other paid appointments. Is there any resolution to my issue?

Hi, price is on service not on the employee. If you want you can create a separate page where you will have only that free service. Would that solve the issue? :) Best regards, Nikola

I entered the “free” service details and all seems to work with the same form on same page at https://blossomhealing.ie/appointments/

Can you check to confirm?

Also now when I book a “paid” appoint and choose debit card/credit card as payment then I fill out my details and it immediately brings me into PayPal option to fill ot my details again.

This is an issue. What can I do to correct?
