Hi, sorry about that but problem on mobile can be lost of connection that cause issues with EA. Only thing that can be done there is to re-try ajax request from that user for example 3 times. This is also thing that can be hard to trace because it can happen randomly. If you want we can add option to try again sending those user request if there is an error during previous call.
Can I please get this actioned so we can try and eliminate this freezing issue.
2. When the service ‘General Try-Ons’ is blocked out as the worker is listed as ‘not working’ on a Wednesday, it doesn’t appear to be working. It works fine for the ‘Specific Try-Ons’ which has been set up the same way. 3. The client wants the textarea character limit to be extended to 1000 characters. Can you please advise how to do so?

Hi, sorry for that. We will do next release within 24h with fix for that auto-retry issue.
Regarding text field it depends on database field size so it is not only frontend issue. Atm that limit is 500 chars.
Is the release ready yet? I have the client waiting for an update.
