Hello, I have found that the Follow Up Message is no longer sending via SMS.    Other SMS message are sending, including Confirmed, Cancelled, and Reminder. The setting for Follow Up Message is enabled, and I've tried switching it to different time delays, but the messages still don't send. Do you have any idea why this would occur?
