I am having a problem where members get the message “error fetching events” when trying to view the Calendar. The option for “Allow public access to FullCalendar shortcode” is ticked as there is no logon requirement on the website.
This occurs when the member orders something from the Woocommerce shop (again, no login required). The only way to remove the error is to clear the browser cache, once this happens everything is OK. This is OK for the more tech savvy users, but not all members can do this. Do you have any ideas to overcome this ?
