Email notifications not working

I've changed services to one month, I've tried tools > test email. Email notification are not going out for customer and admin.

Hi Sofia, can you receive any email from your site? For example when you try to reset password etc? Also please check EA Settings > Tools page for any error log regarding that. Best regards, Nikola
