Email notifications are not working

Hi there! I can’t find the answer in this forum so please help!  I have set workable emails in mail notifications in EA settings. But I and customer who complete the form cannot receive any notifications.  However, the test email can be received without an issue. The error log in tools is shown below for your information: ------------ ERROR #63 ------------

Hi Crystal, looks like there is no field in form that holds email value. Do you have custom field with email type? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Crystal, do u use an Umlauts in somewere in the form? I have reported similar Logentries in another Post and I am from DE. So I just checked my errorlogs again a couple of minutes ago and changed all Umlauts from templates and Subjectinputfields for admin mail and the other Subjet line, tested again and now no error. Nikola, could you check if this is messing the form as I have posted in the other thread, I do have Email fields
