Support forumCategory: QuestionsEmail notification is not working

I can’t find the answer to this in your forums.  I have my email address listed as both To and From but I don’t get notifications of new bookings, as either the admin or the customer.  I can send a test email through the Tools page (as “native”) but that’s it. 
Without the email notification it is useless to me.  Can this be fixed?
