I have added multiple emails to receive notification when a client makes a booking (separated by ,). But I am receiving email only on gmail domain and not receiving on my website domain. I have cross-checked and my domain email service is working. Is there anything I can do about it?
Hi Aditya, can you please tell me is there any error regarding mails inside EA Settings > Tools page? Have you tried using only your domain mail and seeing if it is getting there?
Yes, I tried using only my domain mail and it still didn’t work. However, there are 3 errors in the Tools page. How can I send them to you?
In any case, I have a made a temporary workaround – I created a new gmail id and enabled automatic forwarding to my domain mail and that helps as of now!
