When I receive an appointment request and i reply to the email it goes to wordpress. Is there a way to program that the reply email will go to the email in the form automatically

Hi Hijama, you can set send from email field and have SMTP plugin that will send that email in your name. So customers will send email to you when they hit reply button. Best regards, Nikola
