I have been using Easy Appointments for the last 6 months for my running club. The functionality and integration with our site is great, but an increasing number of members are starting to not receive the confirmation emails, 50% are going into their spam, but a worrying amount are now being rejected by the mail provider completely and not even going into their spam folder. Do you know if this is a known issue, and any way to get around it ? Thanks

Hi Karl, well when you have shared hosting then you can easily get to black list of mail servers. Best way is to install some kind of SMTP plugin and send mail via it. You can have also a way to use service like mailgun, mailchimp etc. But I will suggest that you first try with https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/ to see if all settings are ok.
