Hello,
By mistake, I added an “Email” form field in the custom form fields, then deleted it because I saw there is already this field in the default form. But after updating and refreshing my page, there still is  the new “email” form field in the form, and it has been duplicated

Please could you help me?

have you tried to delete other email fields?
