Hello,
I bought this plugin today and i don’t uderstand status. They are not explained is Docs so i ask here.
When a customer create a book, the book is processing. Who have to “confirm” this book ? Customer or worker ?
And what is the status “accepted” so ? Because i see book in my google calndar when they are “confirmed” but when i move them to “accepted” they disapear….
Please i need help.

Hi Enzo,

it’s up to you. If you don’t want pending status you can set that to be confirmed when customer book appointment. I am not sure about accepted status. There is pending, confirmed, canceled and reserved.

Ok, i want a pending status because i want my worked confirm or not the book.
But when a book become accepted ?

Because slots are taken only when the book is accepted & a book appear in my google calendar only when it is confirmed (and disappear when accepted). So i don’t understand ….

To resume my issue. This is the worker workflow about books :

– Customer create a book -> book is pending (Not in GCalendar, slot still free)
– Worker check & confirm the book -> book is confirmed (Appear in GCalendar, slot still free)
– Worker change status to accepted (I don’t why my worker would do that… that’s my question) -> book is accepted (Disappear in GCalendar, slot is taken)

Hi Enzo,

can you please try using it with English translation. Looks like some things are translated wrong in your case. Scenario is like this:

Pending : Slot is taken but not yet inside GCal
Confirmed: Slot is also in GCal
Canceled: Slot is free in EA and GCal

Do you have marked option called multiple work inside EA Settings > Customize page? Best way of having overview of booking is to go to reports overview page. There you will see empty slots per day.

No, this option is not marked…
In report calendar is empty (i have 12 confirmed appointment)

Hi Enzo, can you please select those settings inside report time table overview. On that Report screenshot there is no slots. 🙁
