Hello,

I am no longer getting a “Done Message” when clicking submit on my website: http://www.sculpt360.co.nz/book-now/

There is no confirmation email either but the appointment shows up for confirmation in the back end.

Hi Kurt sounds like a error case. Can you please check the error log file on your hosting? There must be some kind of logs regarding that.

This is the latest error message I have gotten, however, when I book and new appointment and click submit this is not replaced with a new error code.

Can you please tell me are you using the latest version of WordPress 5.3.2? There are also other people complaining about this.

Yes, I am using WordPress 5.3.2 and Easy Appointments 2.9.1
It stopped working out of the blue so I suspected it was an update issue.
