Hello,the plugin doesn\'t create tables, even though all permissions are granted.I reactivated the plugin and reinstalled it but the problem remains.Any idea what could be the reason?Thanks in advance

WP_DEBUGG shows such errors when entering ‘appointments’ tab in the admin panel:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘widevision_zdr.wpsz_ea_options’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT ea_key, ea_value FROM wpsz_ea_options

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/widevision/ftp/srodowiskozdrowia/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1519) in /home/widevision/ftp/srodowiskozdrowia/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 9

Hi, yes looks like DB is not created. There must be some error during init part of install in error log file. Can you please check error log file on your hosting? Best regards, Nikola
