As I was setting up the services, I somehow generated over 1,500 appointments. I managed to delete them by deleting the services and works and starting over. No I have a reports page that shows booked time for most date and some random vacancies see attached picture. I have only 1 appointment showing as pending, 0 confirmed so I'm not sure what is happening,http://carsonguns.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/appoint.jpg

Hi Chirs, regarding

those are not appointments but slots :) . Red ones on those image are taken slots. There are appointment at that time. Everything there is fine :) Best regards, Nikola

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I don’t have appointments for those times in red. The actial booking calendar shows them as available and in the “appointments” tab, I have only one pending.

Hi, are you sure can you please try different time filter in Appointments page.

I have one appoint on 7 Jul for 30 minutes that I created yesterday. It shows on the calendar and on the appointment tab. It also shows on the REPORTS tab but, the report also shows the above, and two hour blocks on four days in the next month and the month after. If I select a different service for which I have no appointments, the REPORT also shows blocks of time for the current month and several of the following months. These times are not blocked on the calendar.

Hi, thanks for the access data. Problem there is that there was Location with ID#1 and some Appointments connected to it. After you deleted that Location you are not longer to see those Appointments but you can see that in Report > Time table . I will try to delete them. Best regards, Nikola
