Support forumDaily limit of bookings reached – But it actually hasn't!

Hi Nicola,
We are seeing a pop up warning that the ‘Daily limit of bookings has been reached’ when there aren’t any bookings yet… BUT ONLY ON MOBILE devices. Bookings are allowed when booking via desktop computers. 
Originally we had the limit set to zero in order to disable this limiting function, so we have now changed that to 12 (one for each hour of the day’s bookings) and still the message appears.

Hi Matt, that looks weird. Can you please set it to 20 and try again?

HI Nikola,
Many thanks, I have made this change, but it has had no effect on mobile and iPad devices.
I am wondering if the ‘connections’ aren’t set up correctly? Can you explain what settings I need to have if I want to offer, both 30min slots and hourly slots during the 12hr period.
Anyway this is all v confusing as the bookings all work fine on a desktop!?!

Hi Matt, sorry for waiting. You need to have two services. One with 30 minutes duration and one for the full hour. For full hour you will have to set slot step of 30 minutes. If I understood it right. Then you need to have one connection for each service.
