Customer do not get confirmation of appointment

System is sending out the pending confirmation but as soon as we click in the backend or the admin mail the confirmation, we do not get any update on the customer side.
not on any activity besides the inital mail that the customer gets when he has made a reservation... i am clueless.
i do not have it integrated in the cron jobs. still working within wordpress

Hi Oliver,
do you have Confirmed email template set? Also are there any errors on the EA > Settings > Tools page?
